At LAVELLAR, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations—whether it's the fit, material, or style—we're here to help. You may return unused hair and wellness accessories within 30 days of receiving your order.

We care about your comfort and peace of mind, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original condition and packaging

  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@lavellar.com with your order number and a short explanation for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Please provide a clear reason for your return and, if needed, supporting photos. Returns without sufficient explanation or documentation may be declined. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome via email.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Once your return request is approved, we’ll inform you of the shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund unless we are covering it due to an error on our part.

Note: Customs delays or refusals are not considered valid reasons for return. Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together unless otherwise agreed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the agreed return shipping cost. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Want a different color, size, or variation? Contact us at info@lavellar.com and we’ll help you arrange an exchange. After approval, we’ll provide the return shipping cost and any price difference if applicable. Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll issue store credit or assist you in placing a new order.

Return Refusals

LAVELLAR reserves the right to deny returns that:

  • Fall outside the return window

  • Are used, worn, or damaged

  • Are missing tags or packaging

  • Are returned to any address other than the one provided
